A pretty platinum-topped 18K white gold jabot pin in the shape of an arrow, with rose-cut diamond head and fletchings. Shaft screws into the fletchings as the closure mechanism. Circa 1915.

Jabot is French, meaning "ruffle". It is a pin with an ornamental terminal at each end. When worn, the pin stem is hidden and the two terminals appear separated by fabric. It is also referred to as a cliquet pin.
