A 14K yellow gold Georgian fringe necklace comprised of natural seed pearl and amethyst fringe suspended from six woven seed pearl balls and crescent-shaped gold plaques, with cannetille-style links. Each amethyst is bezel-set in an openwork twisted gold wire frame. The back of the necklace consists of fourteen elongated gold links with seed pearl centers. Circa 1830.
