A 15K yellow gold late Victorian band that is faceted and engraved with leaves, stars and dots. It sits very low to the hand and is extremely comfortable! This band looks beautiful worn alone or stacked with other bands or rings. English, hallmarked 1888.
The ivy motif was used on wedding rings and bands during the Victorian period as a symbol of marriage and fruitfulness.
Marks English marks for 15K gold, Birmingham, 1888 and an unidentified Maker's Mark Ring Size 6 1/2 with a width of 6 mm
