Please be patient when placing your order as we are closed on Sunday and Monday. It may take up to 60 hours for an order to be processed. Are you giving a gift and need it by a specific date? Please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your order.
Sales tax of 8.25% is charged on all orders shipped to an address in Texas.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all packages via United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. All packages shipped via USPS are sent registered and insured. When your item is ready to ship, we email a shipping confirmation to you that provides either the Registered Number (USPS) or tracking number (FedEx) so that you may track your package.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Past Era purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss a return or exchange. The item must be shipped fully insured and returned to us within 15 days of receipt. Items that have been changed or modified are not returnable, with the exception of minor ring sizings done by Past Era’s personal jeweler.
Marion uses her vast knowledge to date each piece based on the materials, construction techniques, hallmarks/signatures, overall style and cultural context. While dating and authenticity are not a formal science, we determine them to the best of our ability based on our knowledge, experience and resources.
Some of our pieces are mounted in a way that makes it difficult to determine a precise stone grading. Diamonds and colored gemstones that cannot be removed from their antique settings without harm to the piece are evaluated in their mountings using industry-standard measurements and formulas. Unless certified by an independent lab, such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL), stone gradings are done by our GIA-accredited graduate gemologists and are considered estimates.
